Perfect spot for a night out
Check in was smooth, they even let us check in early which was a nice surprise. The staff were super attentive, they took care of all our needs, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of options.
Wasn't exactly pocket change, but considering the quality, it was alright.

The room was spacious and clean, with very comfy beds. We loved catching a show at the Liverpool Empire. the pre-theatre dining was fantastic, and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming.
My kids wished there was more selection for breakfast and perhaps a small pool or play area. It would make the stay so much better for families like ours.

Had an amazing time with friends. We saw 'The Lion King' and 'Mamma Mia! ' at the Empire Theatre, just a short walk away. The parking was super handy, and the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was a solid start to our day, and the rooms were clean and comfy.
However, we had some trouble with noise from nearby trains, especially when we turned off the fan at night. It made it tough to fully relax.
